Essentially, that was our trial that we negotiated with the FDA in order to get the clinical hold lifted.
Doesn't it look kind of fishy that the same patient population is being employed. Shouldn't the approving body have advised the sponsor to be a little bit more restrained than to make it blatantly obvious that the administration permits and even encourages this kind of copying?
