It will be decided by the by the action Solray Inc takes going forward.
Currently Solray is an empty shell, offering NOTHING TO NO ONE, a competitor to no one.
It nice to speculate what Solray Inc will be, but that what it is at this stage speculation.
Solray Inc could be the evolution of Elba Power Corp or not.
Let's wait to see how it plays out before calling the games, shall we?
