See if you can watch someone test securities laws, by getting a written quote, via email, for Solray’s solar panels and lithium batteries, also, including the brand and model number of solar panels and lithium batteries, being quoted.
Solray is currently publishing, advertising and soliciting solar panels and batteries on its website. They’re asking (published “Get a quote”) so the coming soon mentioned at the very bottom of a couple of pages must not be accurate.
So get a quote (as published) and see if that ceo/company, Solray, can deliver its solar panels and lithium batteries being solicited?? Especially, since the same ceo, also ceo of a publicly traded company, known as Sun Pacific Holding Corp., coincidentally, has not been able to deliver solar panels and lithium batteries, for years based on its 10-Q (as of 9/30/23) showing $0 sales and revenue.
How does Foxess deal with this, from same Snpw ceo, supposedly, under contract with Snpw/Spp, as a distributor of the Americas, for its lithium batteries?
Good luck!! Just hope the Solray website is not no longer available to view later this morning.
