This is obviously an area of enormous and urgent unmet needs. And given the [well tolerated] safety profile of LeronLimab to date, together with data from a recent preclinical study suggesting that blocking CCR5 in mice can rescue memory deficits. I believe a pilot study in patients with Alzheimer's disease is now justified.”
