But his post seems legit. I don't see anything that not public other then 25 million dollars at a minimum from the Green Bank of the Federal Government. They have “27 billion dollars” to spend in grants mostly, for solar projects in low income regions starting in January, 2024..
Based on his previous post ,it appears Rhino is suggesting that to Nck and he requested JK and I to do the same thing.
