Yes GM, that is exactly what I am suggesting. HIMR management could not admit such a thing of course, because if they did, share prices would likely increase dramatically and that would defeat their purpose. While they probably do not want .0001 for long because of the negative connotations, an occasional drop to that level could prompt additional sells, and this could help them retire even more shares.
Think about this for a minute. HIMR has already performed a number of share reductions, their shareholder update indicated a lower number of shares than is listed on OTC, we know the move to North Cal has started, and we were recently told they have begun the study needed to acquire logging concessions in Brazil. Yet, the share price remains at .0002 with an occasional drop to .0001. That seems odd to me. And today we learned about this relationship North Cal has with a potentially big buyer of reclaimed wood --- a buyer who specifically mentions a giant arm that reaches down underwater. This sounds very much like the TigerLynk (at least to me). So why the low share price? Well, today looks like the typical manipulation we often see, but I think you can see what I am suggesting.
