Due diligence is confirmed in all filings.
Best due diligence is the company filings.
But the company is now trying to block die diligence by becoming a delinquent filer.
Bad enough not filing 8-Ks when required for years but now it’s carried over to 10-Ks and 10-Qs
Nobody knows what they own since September 30, 2023 except owning 4000:1 less shares than they owned on February 15, 2024 and the ceo’s side company. Solray, Inc., set up with its new website burning at srnrg.com, and photoshopped images of a site visit at a property with no lease or purchase.
