Please put that topic to rest. No charges. Nobody knows if any deals were cut between any co-conspirators and the prosecutors.
Everyone knows a certain someone was implicated as a co-conspirator involving crimes that resulted in an arrest. The co-conspirator was not charged despite details of the same co-conspirator’s role in the scheme detailed in the unsealed federal criminal complaint. Everyone knows, for whatever the reasons or circumstances, the same co-conspirator was not charged for his role.
Poor behavior reveals one’s weaknesses and type of character during times where one chooses to either participate or not participate. The level of participation can often determine whether to be charged or not charged. Perhaps the fraudulent letter on a familiar company’s letterhead and giving false references (per complaint) was not enough to charge someone. If it was enough then, perhaps, a deal wS cut to avoid charges.
It turned out someone never had access to the Mexican masks. And was not able to fulfill the highly overpriced order being solicited. That was the most damning part to karma’s best friend.
I can’t take any more of those sad and despicable events. It brings back horrible memories.
