Throws up ZERO (ZERO!!!!) sales & revenue and nearly 400K in operating losses (Q3 2023), loses any and all revenue contracts (2022 & 2023), takes over Medrecycler subsidiary (Jan 1, 2023) that cost 6 mil+ of investment dollars, let's a PROMO PPA for Alabama property expire (Q2 2023), gets caught posting photoshopped images of the mysterious "site visit" on social media platform (January 2024) and gets caught registering a self-described competitive solar panel, side company (SOLRAY, INC.) and its website (SRNRG.com)published online and THEN files an NT 10-K NOT BEING ABLE TO FILIE 2X IN 30 DAYS DUE TO UNEXPECTED CIRCUMSTANCES. LOL!
and we get the famous professional Snpw January 2024 tweet "bashers and trollness" and "when we're ready" to disclose info, via an 8-K, on the corporate twitter page. And the famous "when we're ready" tweet was prior to the February 4000:1 Reverse Split!! and then 5 months later NO lease or property purchase for the January 2024 site visit which triggered the angry bashing & trollness tweet in response to some pissed-off shareholders/due diligence volunteers on a message board?????
