An article was published yesterday in Frontiers in Immunology entitled “Myalgic Encephalomyelitis / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome: the biology of a neglected disease.” ME/CFS is on ohm’s disease list. This is a long and technical article that is beyond my ability to fully understand/appreciate, but there are some aspects that jump out. Scroll to Figure 6 and look at the examples of how dysregulated inflammatory molecules could play a pathological role in ME/CFS. You will see terms that ohm frequently uses like Neutrophil cells, macrophages, endothelia cells, etc. You will also see factors that are on ohm’s upregulation/downregulation list (see post 144131 and note that ohm said this list is incomplete), e.g., IL-6, IL-1b, VEGF, TGF-b, etc.

After LL is approved for LH, one (at least a layman like me) would think that it would soon be used for ME/CFS, a disease similar to LH with no efficacious treatment.
