Ceo's side company, CaC realty, supposedly funded (12 mth promissory note beginning April 2023) a SPP sales team training, to sell out that 5MW order (new Vietnam factory trial run panel production from Dec 2022), that GEP Vietnam shipped to their U.S. entity (set up Oct. 2022) warehouse(s). It's on the news section of GEP Vietnam's website.
Sun Pacific Power now owes ceo's side company the payback on the 12 month promissory note. The ceo's side company, CaC was suppose to get 30% of SPP's sales profits. Lmao!
So, SPP not having the $ to pay back ceo's side company, who owns Sun Pacific Power, when the filing comes out? It is still listed as a Snpw subsidiary, but does CaC Realty own a majority (or 30% indefinitely) of the SPP? Short term memory will lead one to recall what happened to Medrecycler effective January 1, 2023. Ceo let that fail (to get 100% membership/ownership) by NOT pursuing those other 19 states (tweeted in summer of 2021) as ready for advance recycling technology.
