What's wrong with the Ceompany? No filings? Int
Post# of 12444
Into the 3rd month of Q2 2024 and last filing was for 3 quarters ago, Q3 2023. No annual filing for 2023 when 3 quarters were reported as of November 2023. Now 6 1/2 months later and the Ceompany is not able to file/report/disclose the last quarter of 2023 to NOT be able to file its 10-K? Then decides not to file an NT 10Q for the 10-Q due for Q1 2024. Then the Ceompany decides not to file the Q1 2024 10-Q at all.
What went wrong in Q4 other than the side Ceompany (Solray, Inc/SRNRG.com) and its TEAM MEMBERS (Campanella listed as Solray, Inc Ceo) being set up by the same Snpw Ceo?
Who's hurting this Ceompany you ask? Only 1 person could bring the Ceompany to its knees, with producing ZERO Revenue and losing 388K, in the last quarter reported to the SEC (being Q3 2023).
Some seem to find humor is following the Ceo's claim, in a well documented tweet, blaming bashers and trolls (due diligence volunteers) as the reason for not disclosing to the SEC and shareholders "when we're (he's) ready". Any excuse to keep an inside advantage. Could that be the real reason for NO filings for almost 7 months? You decide.
All the talk about Solray being merged in Snpw is ONLY because of Dakota finding the non-disclosed competitive side company, Solray, and its website (SRNRG.com) set up by Snpw's Ceo. Otherwise, the paid pumpers/promoters would NOT even have a clue about Solray, Inc. But, now they seem to know all about Solray and its future relating to Snpw's business? How ironic. huh? Did drugmanrx know about Solray, Inc. side company set up before Dakota found out?
Big day and week ahead. Due diligence Karma never quits. It's never about "when she's ready" with Karma. She's always ready and always delivers, what you won't find out, from the Ceompany. And, the Ceompany even published its admitting to the fact (on a public social media platform), that it has willingly decided to ONLY file disclosures/filings ((8-K, 10-K & 10-Q) quote "when we're ready".
This travesty exceeds the Ceompany's mantra, for years. "slow and steady wins the race". The slow and steady has now become "when we're ready".
Shareholders and investors must hope that it's not late "when we're (ceo) ready"
in my opinion
