What the grasshopper is missing is the fact that the company has already failed miserably to distribute, wholesale and retail for years.
Zero Foxess distribution having all of the Amercas as territory.
Zero retail sales out of their online store
Zero wholesale based on zero product shipped direct from GEP. IDN solar tech and Foxess.
Random GEP solar panels shipped to their own wharehouse still rotting away on pallets.
It’s all a fantasy. Snpw will never sell one solar product and neither will the ceo’s side company Solray.
It’s just an OTC stock gimmick. Company has wasted millions of investment dollars to further pump and dumps following a disastrous $7 to 8 million dollar experiment with unproven chemical gasification recycling technology that didn’t exist in the U.S. on adjacent property to residential housing , a daycare and college campus.
Game has been over for a few years or more filled with lost/folded subsidiaries, terminated or expired agreements. DEF 14c filling threats as warmups to the bombshell 4000:1 actual revers split, following zero revenue reported and before letting the SEC know of its inability to file its 10-k and 10-q for the same period (Q4 2023) the ceo was setting up a competitive solar company on the side, with no disclosure to date using some same snpw representatives and naming himself ceo.
And someone is trying to promote the value of being a distributor now?? After all those pumper posts about snpw soon to become a one stop shop solar powerhouse in Alabama just 15 months ago?
