The public disclosure of material events is 4 TRADING days after the material event. If something happened on Friday (preferably after the close) or Monday they are within the rule.
This is a PUBLICLY AVAILABLE webcast, because it's posted on the website and they PR'ed it. Therefore they can do what most companies do, disclose the news on the after-hours call and immediately PR it.
