Thoughts about todays rally and closing pps. Todays trading 250K and .20 closing pps is may jump start a continued run up tomorrow. I have continually relied on the RCA consultant in my purchasing shares and communication at various points according to company reported investor update! The pps is about to run up IMO so preliminary FDA questions or even comments may be leaking?
