Doesn't revenue, such as a milestone payment, etc., need to be recorded when received rather than have it contingent on a PR?
That said, I have been investing a long time and can't remember seeing a company that is as close to the vest as Elite as far as PRs. I suppose that is pretty consistent in the pharm industry?
