- all announced projects chances of completions depended on obtaining financing
- company in such bad financial in bad shape that in order for RI to approve the 17 Mil bond the company had to give up ownership of Medrecycler-RI
- to date very minimum success with any attempted projects
- majority revenue producing contacts. Street Smart Outdoors terminated
- none or very minimum sales were ever recorded for the SPP store
- Elba Al property contract expired
- Indonesian SPP solar panels never materialized after labels tweeted
- no revenue reported last recorded filing
- Filings not up to date, delinquent 2023 10k and Q1 2024 10 Q
- 4000 to 1 RS enacted
- Going Concern

Green flags as publicly disclosed by the company and its partners .

- CEO has a large personal investment in the company
- To date no dilution
- Company had signed contracts for every project they announced
- Smartstreet outdoors has actual operations in RI, NJ and Florida
- Two plus years of public record of the work the company did with the Town of West Warwick RI and RI-DEM leading to the RI-DEM letter 0f "intent to approve the project"
- company stock rallied from 0.002 to a high of 34.9cents just on the anticipation that the Medrecycler-RI was going to be approved.
- company by getting rid of non profit operations has been streamlining their operations to concentrate on renewable energy as their main and only focus
- company reduced 10Q "The Company’s focus is shifting away from offering outdoor advertising and towards the assembly and sales of solar panels and associated products."
- Company signed an agreement with PT.IDN Solar to help them build a US solar panel manufacturing facility
- Company signed a deal with Marine battery to service Foxess products
- SPPC has entered into an agreement with FoxEss, as a wholesale distributor for North and South America and Australia.
- SPPC entered into a 2 year exclusive US distribution agreement with GEP New Energy Co. Ltd., a Vietnamese solar panel manufacturing company.

- Company entered in to contract with owner of ELBA property, contract since expired, since the property has never been relisted for sale as a whole it appears there was a issue with the property, so company did a site visit at a new site January 12 to 14 2024,
- SNPW had a team at the site which included representatives from GEP Solar, SC Solar, and Autowell.
-GEP Solar whose contract with SPPC runs out in June 2025 , is helping SPPC setting up manufacturing competing solar panels


The following are what 3rd parties opinions concerning the company
- RI transit, Star Metro Tallahassee Fl, and NJ all were willing to sign ten year contracts with SNPW.
- The town of West Warwick even with all the Red Flags that came with the company approved the Medrecycler-RI Project
- The RI-DEM after it final review of the application "intended to approve" the Medrecycler-RI project as being safe and environmentally friendly for the location chosen.
- Even though the state of State of Rhode Island thought the company could not be the operating owner of Medrecycler-RI they approved a 17 million dollars bond to fund the project
- Invictus Risk management gave the company a Grade A investment rating
- State of Alabama offered the company 10 years of tax incentives and the right to pursue a 50 million dollar bond
- FoxEss a subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company has until until recently listed SPPC on their official website as a GLOBAL PARTNER, even though SPPC has not recorded one dime of revenue for FoxEss since SPPC became a wholesale distributor

- FoxEss invited SNPW to their HQ in December 2023
- GEP New Energy a subsidiary of Sun Group, is using SPPC to launch their products in Australia even though as of Sept 30 2023 SPPC has not sold any solar panels for them.
