Unlike previous management I don't think Dr. J would throw out the possibility of "opportunities that we believe are intriguing", unless he felt confident that it was close to fruition. Of course, "opportunities" means more than one. There is much to be said for a CEO that engages in "under-promise, over-deliver". This will be his second test.
