You are right in your recollection and summation. I’ll just add that I think with regard to Dr Jay there is more emphasis on what he does than what he says. Kind of like parenting, kids pay more attention to what you do, not what you say. He is rare though in following through and doing what he says he will do…portends good things ahead.
