The picture from the Dog Study looks like a standard RecoveryRx device fastened to the collar.
A reduction in antenna diameter for human use could focus more PEMF energy on the Vagus Nerve given its location on the side of the neck.
The PR does sound like there could be some changes for the Vagus application,
