I guess she forget meeting with County (public) officials is part of the public record and easy to verify if she took the time.
Reading that tweet, it appears that their were known environment issues with the property prior to SNPW entering the contract, which would explain why the property remained listed for sale for 518 days before SNPW went into contract and is no longer listed for sale after SNPW contract expired.
"So, July 2023??, what a turnaround month behind the scenes." It does appear that when SNPW found out the WHOLE property was not fit for sale, , as it has never been relisted for sale since.
"August 15, 2023 2023 Q2 filing stated Snpw was still in discussions with Alabama property representative. " Most likely to get the owner to take care of the issue which cause the whole property to long no to be able to be sold.
"Then September 2023 became the under the radar campaign keying off of the "clean energy" innovation and sustainability angle (Solray baking in the oven) while you folks were distracted with RE+ fall 2023 photo-op photos on twitter." At RE + Fall SNPW met with their partners informing them that for what ever reason Elba property was unable to be purchased whole and together devised a new plan of action, replacing Elba Power corp with Solray.
"Following RE+ 2023, then came November 2023" When they set up
"the December China trip" to coordinate the site visit with ALL THEIR PARTNERS to take place in January 2024
"Then, of course the Site Visit debacle in January 2024' Took place and was later verified by Don Moss by allowing the Campanella Linkedin post which showed a picture of him in attendance allow to remain unchallenged .
