This is one difference which came from DR JL's letter:
We have identified several such opportunities that we believe are intriguing, and anticipate finalizing agreements with these partners in the very near future.
I do agree that if another week goes by without additional information coming out from the company, it shouldn't surprise anyone to see a PPS decline.
30 cents ish is the closing yearly high. I'd love to see that level broken and hold.
