How much more incompetent can 1 employee be?
Stop focusing on your new competitive side company’s website and sign off on the SEC filings!!
Stop blaming trolls and bashers for NOT filling with the SEC!! That makes you sound like you need to be in a mental health facility or a day care center.
Please just do your job rNicky and get 10-K and 10-Q filed!! Shareholders do not want to start seeing comment letters from the SEC.
