Can you believe he actually posted that on another message board? Would anyone, in their right mind, actually believe what they wrote?
Maybe, the grasshopper doesn't realize that the SEC doesn't give 2 sh#ts, about a whining ceo, getting heat, for a complete lack of transparency and borderline fraud, using photoshopping images, published on social media (no disclosure), and promoting site visits, at an unknown property, not owned or leased by snpw. All the while, the same ceo had already set up a competing South Carolina registered business entity (Solray, Inc) 3 to 4 months earlier, and further took the time to register the domain SRNRG.com to develop Solray's website showing some of the same Snwp representatives, director and, of course, same Ceo as Snpw.
Scare tactics and trying to block due diligence will not work before the ceo and the company needs to come clean.
