Stop deflecting from a serious situation the company could be facing. Just google consequences with failure to file 10-K and 10-Q and especially not filing a NT prior to a NO filing.
Stop the craziness about some Australia business, by a broke company, with 1 employee and 3.5 mil of debt, and can’t even file its most recent annual and quarterly financials and disclosures.
Get real and get your sh#t together versus these continued bipolar flareups.
