Yes, as Lou said, this WILL have a direct effect on RMHB as a result of CBD research becoming much easier due to the removal of the red tape and legal risks involved with moving, storing, handling/possessing a schedule 1 controlled substance. It was a major setback to the legal hemp industry (and especially hemp derived CBD) to be caught up in the "Reefer Madness" paranoia that still exists. That caused a great deal of resistance to CBD infused foods/beverages since regulation of legal hemp was still in development and THC levels were a major concern. That concern will relax faster now that THC is a schedule 3.
Reducing the risk of cannabis research was a huge step in the right direction, since even a simple mistake with documentation when dealing with schedule 1 controlled substances can be very costly. Now some serious progress can be made toward FDA approval and regulation of CBD infused foods and beverages.
