JK 1, suggest you research the prior years 10-k filings. They have used this reason for not filing on time for years but have always adhered to the extension filing timeline. That is until this year when unlike previous years, they have missed the extension timeline and the “yield” sign applied. This has not happened prior to this year. So, suggesting we know the reason for the late filing raises the question - why were they able to meet the extension in prior years but not this year.
