You forgot to add the following information.
"Certified Mail Restricted Delivery - Customers may direct delivery of Certified Mail only to the addressee (or addressee’s authorized agent)".
I have to assume that Dalton did not set up an authorized agent at Time Organization. The owner, Lamont Ellis of Time Organization is the President of Univec. Anyone with any common sense can see the address on OTC Markets is the same as Time Organization and that is good enough for me. I just assume it is a "glitch". If the postman doesn't have an agent name that can sign for it, he has to "return to sender". Being you are so concerned, maybe you should send Dalton an email or text reminding him to be sure to fix that oversight before he merges.
