CAPE TOWN, South Africa, July 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Leatt Corporation (OTC: LEAT) ("Leatt" or the "Company"), a global designer, marketer and distributor of personal protective equipment for sports and lifestyle activities, based on the Leatt-Brace® patented neck protection system, today announced that its Registration Statement on Form 10 with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) is now effective, and that the Company is now a fully reporting U.S. public company.
