Shareholders could read the FILINGs, but the Co. has blown off the filings and your ability to know the company's updated financial status and any required disclosures by the company.
Any agreements, between the ceo and legal counsel, advisors and executive level titled personnel, for Solray, Inc., being a known entity, described, on its website (SRNRG.com), as a direct competitor to Snpw et al, should be disclosed.
