He's probably referring to MGK's posts where he speculates the most positive of developments using the thinnest of clues. Those posts are mostly fruitless exercises in using past quotes to support wishful thinking.
Truth is, nobody knows what's happening behind the scenes. There are rumors of news coming, but nobody outside mgmt knows what that news might be.
