don't bite my head off about Nader but ... Corr

Correct me please if there was something more than this:
With English not his first language it is plausible that the lawsuit is plainly about his poor use of the word "completed" as follows:
When a student is supposed to finish a term paper and hand it in, the student could answer "yes" when the professor asks, "did you complete the term paper?"
"Complete" could mean that the student finished writing the paper but did not hand it in yet. This is what Nader did.
What is he accused of stealing?
Educate me. I am an engineer, not a politician. So please just stick to facts, if possible.
