IMO, the article is the work of a master con-artist. It wraps up all of the playbook used from the time "don't mess...." (texas) tweet campaign ending with a random photo of a building in Elba, AL found on Loopnet showing on twitter before it removed. Texas PROMO (bipolar tweet with city of Houston city seal) was burnt out by end of August 2022. But, don't forget that "working on the final piece for funding" tweet in June 2022. Because that was when he had ya'll fooled that the Texas solar plant hunt was actually real. Later you'll hear the no Texas location because the state of Texas incentives sucked.
IMO, it was time to create a fantasy about a 50 mil loan/bond to tie-in with Elba, Alabama solar power plant.
Then came the Invictus insurance wrap tweets out of nowhere. Well-played at the time to get some pump.
Then came the tweets about ***FIRST*** "trip south to measure the column spacing" in late 2022 (recall that tweet?).
Then the ***2ND*** "trip south to meet the locals" tweet in September 2023 (recall that tweet) despite Elba PPA having expired. But, the 2023 Q2 10-Q, filed in August 2023, made you think EPC/SPP was still in discussions with Elba listing agent
Then the ***3RD*** "site vist" to who-knew-where Well-played tweet, in December 2023, following the famous China trip (incl. photo-op tweets), to meet the cast that were already planning the setting up of SOLRAY, INC (ceo's side company) having already registered its website (SRNRG.com). That "site visit" wasn't about Elba Power Corp/EPC who was assigned the Invictus grade A insurance wrap in April of 2023 (with its one page still "coming soon" website burning). That "site visit" wasn't about Sun Pacific Power's LOI for "almost 750MW" of solar panels (note: NO 8-K filed) tweeted in November 2022 to support the famous out-of-the-blue Invictus Insurance wrap grade A. Why the "site visit" PROMO not naming where the "site visit" was taking place? Why the need to register the new competitive side company SOLRAY, INC in late November 2023. Why the rush to build the website after the China trip meeting up with the cast of Solray, Inc. characters (incl. Snpw legal counsel).
Maybe you folks can fill in the dots from there? Especially, IMO, knowing, subsequently, the ceo did NOT FILE the 2023 10-K by its extended April 16th, deadline.
Walls or Dakota are probably the only 2 that can figure out the rest by filling in the dotted lines.
