Correct Chiro, nothing has been merged up to the last 4 days because of the 4 day SEC disclosure rule about material events. There will be those that try and make an issue of empty financials but some are just "challenged", lol. Financials will be empty until the merger and we will hear within 4 days of it happening, simple as that.
