August 15, 2023 10-Q for Q2 stated Property Purchase Agreement expired in Q2 which would be prior to June 30, 2023.
This con-artist is publishing an article, stating verbiage, as if the Elba property was a done deal and Elba Power Corp was in development ???
READ THE WHOLE ARTICLE AND REALIZE THE DATE OF THE PUBLISHED ARTICLE (June 6, 2023) AND NOTE THE 10-Q STATING PURCHASE PROPERTY AGREEMENT HAD EXPIRED SOMETIME IN Q2 of 2023, PRIOR TO JULY 1, 2023!!
