must be something very wrong, STILL NO FILING
what a sad ending to the everlasting STORY OF PROMOS.
and the wizard hiding behind the curtain since April 1st due date 40 days ago.
maybe they're trying to tuck new competitive side company (Solray, Inc) into snpw retroactive as happening during the 4th quarter of 2023? lol
NO 8-K was filed for any subsidiary or reverse merger in Q4 2023
NO new Snpw shared of stock was issued in Q4 2023?
NO 8-K filed for any newly named subsidiary of Snpw?
NO directors or personnel of Solray, Inc. were named as directors or personnel of snpw?
4000:1 Reverse Split didn't happen until Feb. 9th 2024?
Site Visit involving some of the same people, listed on Solray, Inc.'s new website srnrg.com/team-member, supposedly occurred in January 2024
NO 8-K filed pertaining to any Snpw/Solray, Inc property lease or purchase
NO 8-K filed pertaining to any bond, loan
Therefore, IMHO, there's trouble in Denmark relating to Q3 2023 beneficial disclosures, expense line items or some other filing submitted and was rejected by the SEC for some reason.
Whatever it is, it's not good. Especially, when you're not taking any chances by not tweeting out an explanation to shareholders.
