I know Leron will need a trade name. I’d just go with Leron, but nobody in the industry would stand for it unless you add a bunch of suffixes to make it sound stupid. Tradjenta comes to mind on the dumb side, Flomax on the brilliant side. So with that in mind, here are a few suggestions:

Respertame
Respermune
Respertex
Harpitdown (Literally perfect. No notes)

These are the only real options, in my humble opinion.
