But it isn't for the directors to make that decision, it is for the shareholders when a bonafide offer is actually made, and the directors have the tricky job of deciding when such an offer becomes material information.
Management at Cytodyn certainly know the potential value of leronlimab. Any offer made now with the price sitting at 15 cents a share would be ridiculously small and management wouldn't see it as a serious offer and know that put to a vote it would fail spectacularly.
