all the makings for horrible ending
as Karma always reminds us.
the road to bankruptcy is slow and steady until it happens fast.
everyone knows the CLOSEST THING, this company has experienced, BEING EXCITING, in the past 2+ years, not including the wasted fantasy property purchase agreement/LOI PROMOS, mysterious out of the blue pre-arranged 3-week 50 mil insurance wrap for a company with zero revenue, a bullsh#t 720MW solar panel LOI, 3.1 mil of debt, not 1 solar product sold, coupled with, lying tweets about nano/cigs panels and SPP solar panels being produced, allowing the chosen ones to dump millions of shares on a few PROMO pumps, was that infamous PROMOTED "site visit" following China trip photo-ops, WAS THAT "site visit" turned out to include blatant and disgraceful photoshopped images.
Then, 30 days later, finding out about another ceo's side company (Solray srnrg.com), having been set up nearly 6 months ago, with it's website showing a few of the same familiar Snpw/Spp/EPC characters, supposedly, working the Sun Pacific Power team, as well as tRicky rNicky listed as the ceo.
What reiterates the behind the scenes deceit and non-disclosures, was the fact of NO 8-Ks, NO twitter (that famous goto SEC approved social media platform), NO press releases.
