maybe a slam dunk with a jury trial?

Did the feds get one or more co-conspirators (incl. cc-2's)/witnesses to flip?

IMHO, based on the SDNY unsealed criminal complaint it "seems" like it would have been a slam dunk for a jury to send at least a few of the characters up the river.

IMHO, that's why there was, "probably", a lot of singing going on immediately.

Who had more to lose? Some used car salesman schlepp (with no chance if CC's flipped him), or the ceo of a publicly traded company, with friends and family holding tens of millions of shares, while following the wizard's yellow brick road hoax?

Btw, I wouldn't be surprised if that 3M N95 mask (PPE) scheme ends up in one or more films/documentaries, down the road, chronicling the history of Covid-19, including the massive fraud that occurred with PPE and PPP.

Speaking of PPP. What's gone quiet, is, what was happening, during the same, spring of 2020 3M mask scandal scheme, timeframe, is the ceo filling out a PPP eligibility application for years 2020 and 2021, based on 6 employees , supposedly on payroll (W-2's). Employees, were supposed to be W-2 employees, beginning sometime in December 2019 through 2020 and the same for 2021 eligible months.

So, the company received $66,397 of PPP (yrs 2020 & 2021) over, an approximate, 12 month period. $7,600 of the $66,397 was allocated for rent and utilities.

Begs the question, does anyone know how many "Sun Pacific Power" (specifically as filed) employees, greater than 2. I could be wrong, but I seem to recall 2 total Snpw (not Sun Pacific Power) employees, referenced in the 2019-2021 SEC filings?

But, what do I know? Karma probably has more on this on file?

in my opinion

cheers
