As for why would nicky would start a new company that's supposedly a direct competitor to SNPW, the answer is patently obvious......they're not competitors but rather part of the strategy going forward for SNPW. (Occam's Razor)
The fact is that with all the vicious and nefarious attacks from the "coven" that constantly harasses partners/associates with calls and emails, and maliciously spreads falsities on msg boards in vain attempts to smear the company and its officers, is there any wonder why they've gone totally ""dark""!?!?!
I've stated this before and will openly state it again......IMO Solray is the SC based entity as Elba Power was for AL and again IMO it will eventually be RM'ed or incorporated into the public vehicle that is SNPW as a subsidiary.....btw, last I checked, SNPW is a HOLDING COMPANY innit.
The notion that Solray will be a direct competitor of SNPW in the solar panel/battery space, with Nicky being at the helm of both is patently stupid......a clearer case of a conflict of interest there has never been.
It it's indeed so, I strongly suggest every member of the coven to immediately alert the relevant authorities of this plot by Nicky and co to allegedly ""defraud"" SNPW shareholders!!! lololsss
In time we shall see who turns out to be most accurate............................
