Yes fish, but be careful when you pass by Salty in your boat as you might sink his kayak but if you want to be the main moderator here then it is full speed ahead?
I believe depending on where the fish are caught that you can't beat the health benefits from them however, I just can't get past the Fried Grouper and Onion rings but thank GOD that I don't drink any more or I might end up like the SB boy.
