Does SEC require whistleblower info on public Co.
Post# of 12516
Just wondering. That may be a question for Karma? I've heard about internal reporting channel requirements with publicly traded companies. But, with this 1-man band (bro-in-law only other director) having total voting control and zero oversight, it's fair to assume that no internal reporting channel exists. Not being able to file an annaul 10-K within 120 days after year end ?could? shed more light on the lack of internal reporting and accounting controls.
Maybe I'm missing it, but no confidential contact information looks to be available on the Snpw website(s).
Maybe someone can google it? I may be mistaken, but I seem to recall monetary sanctions needing to be greater than 1 mil.
Just curious to see what the requirements look like.
in my opinion
