NO 2023 annual 10-K filing in sight 32 days after the April 1st due date. It speaks volumes after all of those lying tweets over the past few years. Dozens of solar products being promoted on twitter and the bozo files a 10-Q for Q3 2023 showing ZERO sales and revenue across all businesses.
Way to keep looking out for those loyal shareholders! Bravo!
Then to make matters worse, you don't have the balls to post a tweet explaining why you're so ignorant when it comes to fiduciary obligations.
