unfortunately we up here don't have your Cap Gain Tax structure...our "leader" is royally about to screw us on June 24 by increasing anything over $250k Cap gains to 66.7% based on your marginal income tax bracket. Anything below 250k stays at the current stupendous rate of 50%.
