Still NO 10-K FILING due April 1, 2024 and NO FILING again by NT !0-K request late due April 16, 2024.

Stay off the message boards and building your new side company's website and GET THE 10-K FILED before you end up allowing the stock to be halted and lose the company's public registration.
Or, was that the intention, all along, since the new entity Solray (Campanella - CEO) was being set up as early as last November? Or earlier with that Nj airport meeting with 1-800-Ask-Gary lunch meeting on May 3, 2023 (see tweet photo). Recall the message in that cute tweet?
Is someone trying to buy out remaining common shareholders for sawdust on the dollar?
