That would be the latest GM.  However, I expect the filing much ealier --- perhaps around the second week of April based on last year's filing (which was on the 10th).  We should see some share reduction in this filing, but not the full amount we have been told about.  The change of address is not likely to be listed on this filing either.  So in many ways, the filing is merely a milestone which may mark the beginning of great things to come.
