I really don't know what the SEC could be protecting investors from, do you?
a few examples of things the SEC could prevent from happening again or allow for some recourse.
Maybe prevent shareholder confusion when Pt.IDN solar tech solar panels were supposedly being made with SPP labels (Jan-Apr 2022) for 14 months until they weren't being made when the company signed an exclusive reseller agreement with GEP Vietnam. (Jun 2023).
Maybe prevent shareholder confusion with seeing bus shelters being advertised on Twitter during the period in which the Ri transit can't had already been terminated during 2022 Q2 with shareholders not finding out until a 2022 Q3 10-Q 5 months later with no 8-K being filed. Then the company repeating the same scenario with Fl bus bench contract termination with no 8-K being filed
Maybe prevent shareholder confusion when finding out Medrecycler was no longer a subsidiary owned by Snpw/shareholders as of Jan 1, 2023 and no 8-K being filed.
Check with the SEC to see if they agree with you. The small print jammed into a filing doesn't always protect companies in the case of misinformation or lack of transparency.
in my opinion
