A scammer or low-level flipper had added 1M after the last buy
Counted down correctly to 23.3M left
The basher / scammers still have small amounts put up as day trades which end up on different MMs every day in the 800K > 5M range - they may easily get cancelled when we see bigger ask hits taking the quantity remaining down to the 10M > 15M range if they don't want to lose them at just the wrong time
