This wasn't Nick's only run in with the law....
There was also that unfortunate, very public scam about the pot licensing with his wife.
Any reasonable individual can see that merely being mentioned in a federal indictment is cause enough to question someone's integrity.
The real question is, who did Nick throw under the bus to skate away??
